§ 28-7. Remedies and penalties.

In addition to the remedies provided in sections 28-5 and 28-6, the town may enforce the provisions of this chapter using any remedies set out in section 1-6, but excluding those remedies and punishments set out in section 1-6(b), (c) and (d).
